Together we have developed a new premium brand that not only sets new standards in the chiller cabinet, but also shows the whole world how good ice cream from the Black Forest tastes! And the best thing about it: it's all available without any artificial frills. No genetic engineering, no artificial colourings or flavour enhancers. Sustainable and climate-neutral.

Emergence of a new premium brand
For the love of pleasure, Schwarzwälder Eismanufaktur has perfected its craft over the years. A small family-run business with an ice cream machine in an old carpenter's workshop has become a well-known ice cream manufacturer in the region. In order to be successful on the international market in the future, a new and innovative permium brand was to be created that would stand out from the existing "HofEis" brand.
A design concept inspired by the nature of the Black Forest
We have taken up this challenge and created an innovative and exciting design concept that not only emphasises the origin of the individual varieties, but also clearly communicates the essentials: 100% EU organic certified ingredients, regional, from sustainable cultivation and climate neutral.

BLACK FOREST ICE CREAM is inspired by the nature of the Black Forest. Unusual flavours such as "Raspberry & Spruce", "White Chocolate & Forest Berry" and "Black Forest Cherry" not only attract attention, but also offer an exceptional taste experience in everyday life.
