We discover common points of contact and get in touch with you as soon as possible. We will clarify your questions and possible further steps during a first short phone call.
3. Getting to know each other personally
Your first impression has convinced us and we would like to meet you in person. What makes our first contact process so special: Always at eye level and target-oriented, live and authentic, virtually or on site.
4. Finding a common path
You have convinced us and we would like to continue the journey together. In this step we talk about all further details.
5. Get started
You will receive all information about your start at Roman Klis in time and transparently. Our HR team will ensure a smooth onboarding. Welcome to the party!
What should I include in my application?
Your application will be best received if you include everything that could be interesting for us. In addition to a cover letter or your CV, you can also proactively send us a few work samples or your portfolio (if available).
Do you offer home office or remote work?
We generally have a 60/40 rule. This means you should be in the office on three days, and you are welcome to spend the other two days working from your home office.
